Duluth is located in the northwest quadrant of
Gwinnett County, on the border of Fulton county
and bound on one side by the Chattahoochee River.
The City is located aproximately 25 miles north-northeast
of Atlanta and is connected to the Capital City
by interstate I-85, Highway 23 (Buford Highway)

Duluth is in a "prime location", close
enough to every imaginable activity and business
opportunity, yet far enough away from the "urban
jungle." It could be this proximity to major
industrial areas that has contributed to our phenomenal
growth. Between 1970-1990, the City's population
grew by 399% which outpaced Gwinnett County, the
Atlanta region, and the State of Georgia as a whole.
